Most Damage Is Missed the First Time
In a May 2025 U.S. Senate subcommittee hearing, adjusters testified that large insurance companies are pressuring staff to lower estimates, forcing families to accept less than they are owed to protect corporate profits. Senator Josh Hawley described the evidence as a "pattern of fraud." Watch the testimony here.
We are currently inspecting homes in Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding neighborhoods following the recent weather events to verify homeowners aren't left with unfair claim denials.

Hail damage is among the leading causes of property damage claims in the United States, with one out of every thirty-five homes suffering some form of hail damage each year. After a hail storm, insurance companies often send adjusters quickly, but many inspections are rushed or incomplete. If damage isn’t properly documented early:
- Your claim can be underpaid
- You claim can be denied entirely
- Once the claim is closed, it’s much harder to fix
Why Work with a Local Public Adjuster?
As your neighbor and a licensed Public Adjuster, we advocate exclusively for you, the policyholder. While insurance companies are incentivized to pay as little as possible, our duty is to protect your interests and maximize your settlement as outlined under your policy.
- Make sure your damage is properly documented
- Make sure your claim is handled correctly
- Make sure you receive what you’re entitled to under your policy
Our responsibilities include:
- Thorough inspection to identify damage that may have been missed
- Detailed documentation to support your claim
- Policy review so you understand your coverage
- Full claim handling and negotiation (if needed)
"A Public Adjuster deals with the complexities of the claim process so you don't have to. We make sure you are properly compensated for the loss as outlined in your policy." —Leo Kosi, Owner/Operator & Public Adjuster
How are Public Adjusters paid?
Public Adjusters typically work on a contingency fee basis, meaning they receive payment as their clients receive settlements from insurance claims. In Texas, the fee cap is 10%.
